Stir-Fried Garlic Chive Flowers


Serves 2

* 1 bunch garlic chive flowers
* 1 tablespoon peanut oil
* 1 teaspoon oyster flavoured sauce of soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon cornflour
* 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Cut chive flowers in short lengths. Stir-fry in hot oil for 1 minute. add remaining ingredients
mixed with 2 tablespoon water and stir until sauce boils and thickness.
Serve with rice.
