Serves 4
* 1 punnet bean sprouts
* 2 tablespoons peanut oil
* 1 small clove garlic, bruised
* 3 slices onions, sliced
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
*1/2 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
Wash and drain sprouts and pinch off straggly tails.
Heat oil in a wok and fry garlic and ginger without
browning, until fragrant. Discard and add spring
onions and bean sprouts to the flavoured oil, tossing
over high heat for 30 seconds. Add soy souce and
sesame oil, serve at once.
